A man’s partially decomposed body was found in the bathtub of a Queens apartment this week, cops said. 

Police were responding to a 911 call for a foul odor around 9:20 p.m. Tuesday when they made the gruesome discovery on the first floor of the building on Scott A. Gadell Place near Mott Avenue in Far Rockaway, authorities said. 

It’s unclear exactly how long the unidentified man had been dead before his body — which was in the initial stages of decomposition — was found, cops said.

There were no obvious signs of trauma on the body. It’s not known if his death was suspicious, police said.

The investigation is ongoing, and the city Medical Examiner’s Office will determine the cause and manner of death.
