A man was fatally slashed in the neck during an early-morning fight with an ex-con in Manhattan over the weekend, cops said.

The unidentified victim was arguing with Huang Yu Feng around 3:30 a.m. Sunday when Feng knifed him on Bayard Street near Baxter Street in Chinatown, police said.

The victim was taken to Bellevue Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Feng was arrested at the scene and later charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon, police said.

The nature of the deadly clash remained unclear Monday.

A preliminary investigation indicated both men were homeless, according to sources, but police said later Sunday that Feng lived on the Upper East Side.

Feng served about two years in state prison, from 2019 to 2021, on a first-degree attempted sexual abuse conviction, online records show.

He was released on parole, which expired last year.

He also served about three months in state prison from October of 2009 through January of 2010 for second-degree assault, the records show.
