A man fell to his death Sunday night after he plunged from a luxury Manhattan apartment building onto the roof of an adjacent building, police said.

The victim was discovered on the roof of 154 E 85th St. in the Upper East Side shortly before 11:15 p.m. and was pronounced dead by EMS, according to cops.

The man’s injuries were indicative of a fall, police said. The medical examiner will determine his official cause of death.

He likely dropped from a 15-story condo building next door at 150 E 85th St. and landed on the roof of the shorter structure, police said.

The condo building, called The Ventana, houses million-dollar units and offers residents a 24-hour doorman, a renovated lobby and elevators, a fitness room and laundry on every two floors, according to a real estate listing.

Police did not release his identity Sunday night as they work to notify family members.

Investigators do not suspect any criminality was involved in the man’s death.
