A 60-year-old man was shot dead inside his Manhattan apartment in what authorities described as a targeted attack.&nbsp;

The victim, Tyrone Swinton, was blasted twice in the chest around 11:11 a.m. in his Harlem home on West 116 Street and Malcolm X Boulevard, according to cops.&nbsp;

Authorities said responding police officers discovered Swinton lying face down in a pool of blood on the floor.&nbsp;

EMS rushed the unconscious man to Mount Sinai Morningside, but he could not be saved.&nbsp;

Police said it’s unclear what led to the vicious crime. 

No arrests have been made by Wednesday night, authorities said.
