A “Love Island USA” contestant exited the villa after videos of her using racial slurs resurfaced.

Yulissa Escobar, who entered the villa as part of the first 10 Islanders on Season 7, left the show one day after its premiere on Peacock.

The show addressed her exit 18 minutes into the second episode, which aired Wednesday night.

“Yulissa has left the villa,” narrator Iain Stirling simply said as the Islanders woke up in Fiji paradise before swiftly moving on.

It’s unclear whether she decided to go on her own terms or if Peacock decided to remove her. It’s also unknown if she left halfway through the episode or was edited out.

Although Peacock has yet to comment on the situation, her exit followed fan backlash over her being cast on the show.

When the cast was first announced, fans quickly uncovered two podcast clips where Escobar could be heard using the N-word.

“Now I’m f–king my [N-word], he’s my [N-word],” she says in a video shared on Reddit.

During another instance in the same podcast, the model says, per a second video, “Are you that [N-word] that controls what she wears?”

Many quickly took to social media to slam the Miami native, with one Redditor writing, “Don’t unpack, honey.”

“Ew can’t wait to vote her out immediately,” another said.

“So she has to go… IMMEDIATELY,” a third commented while a fourth predicted, “oh she’s gonna somehow go home in the middle of the night, huh.”

Oddly, Escobar is not the first contestant to be kicked off the current season of the “Love Island” franchise.

Across the pond, on “Love Island UK,” ITV announced that contestant Kyle Ashman would not be entering the villa just hours after they announced who would.

“For personal reasons, Kyle will not be entering the ‘Love Island’ Villa as planned,” ITV said in a statement to Deadline on Tuesday after initially announcing him as one of the original Islanders.

Although they did not call out the reason specifically, the Sun reported he was axed after ITV was made aware of him being previously arrested on suspicion of a machete attack.

Ashman was detained and questioned over the incident before being let go. He also denies any involvement in the attack.

“I fully cooperated with this police investigation and made it very clear that I had no involvement in this incident,” he said in a statement to the outlet. “I am not a violent person, and any suggestion otherwise is a mischaracterisation.”

Ashman has since been replaced with rugby player Conor Philips.

New episodes of “Love Island USA” air every night, except Wednesdays, at 9 p.m. on Peacock. Meanwhile, the new season of “Love Island UK” premieres June 12 on Hulu.
