Live with Kelly and Mark fans, you know what time it is! It’s time to play… “Stump Mark”!
An exciting new twist is in store for Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos‘ daytime talk show’s signature segment, and DECIDER can exclusively reveal a new “Stump Mark” graphic—featuring none other than a perplexed Consuelos under a magnifying glass at the center of an investigation board —that will debut upon Live‘s Season 38 return.
Taking place following Ripa and Consuelos’ daily host chat, “Stump Mark” involves Consuelos being given two statements from a trivia caller, one of which is true, and the other is false. Consuelos then has 60 seconds to decide which statement is true. If Consuelos gets stumped, the lucky caller wins a Live with Kelly and Mark mug and an “I Stumped Mark” t-shirt.
But as far as changes for “Stump Mark” go, the new graphic is not all! When Live with Kelly and Mark kicks off its new season on Tuesday, Sept. 2, “Stump Mark” will begin featuring studio audience participation.

Viewers can expect a star-studded guest lineup once the new season of Live begins on Tuesday, starting with The Terminal List: Dark Wolf‘s Taylor Kitsch and The Summer I Turned Pretty star Lola Tung. The rest of the week is rounded out by Rose Byrne, Derek Hough, Mark Ruffalo, Julianne Hough, Catherine Zeta-Jones, and Alix Earle.
“Pet Week” also returns in September, during which Live will spotlight furry friends up for adoption. The show will also usher in “Kelly and Mark Do It Week,” where the co-hosts take on the hottest viral challenges.
Live with Kelly and Mark airs on weekdays. Check out their website for your local listings.
