You can now be neighbors with “Summer House” stars Lindsay Hubbard and Carl Radke.
A two-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom apartment in Manhattan’s Kips Bay neighborhood not far from the couple’s own unit — specifically, on a different floor of the same building — has hit the rental market.
Listed at $14,000 per month, the residence spans more than 1,200 square feet, and looks out to views of the Empire State Building and the surrounding Midtown cityscape from its 365-square-foot terrace.
The terrace wraps around the apartment with direct access to the primary bedroom.
Located on East 28th Street, home features include a sun-filled great room — as well as a windowed kitchen with marble slab countertops, a wine fridge and a Miele washer/dryer.
The expansive primary bedroom, for its part, has a spa-like ensuite bathroom with a Grigio Nicola marble accent wall and a Toto cast-iron tub.
On Monday night’s episode, fans got a sneak peek into Hubbard, 36, and Radke’s, 38, new apartment when they filmed their housewarming party.
Building amenities include a common roof terrace with an onyx bar, a grill, 24/7 doorman and concierge services, a duplex fitness space with cardio and weight rooms, and a naturally lit residents’ lounge.
The apartment is available for rent beginning May 15.
Nicole Hechter and Asaf Bar-Lev with Corcoran hold the listing. They declined The Post’s request for comment.
“Summer House” is filmed in Montauk, New York, where a group of nine friends get together on the weekends.
The first episode aired in January 2017.
