Lenny Hochstein is accusing his estranged wife, Lisa, of planting a “listening device” on his car in order to “monitor” his calls.
In new documents filed Tuesday, the plastic surgeon claimed the “Real Housewives of Miami” star placed “at least one” device to “access and monitor his private, non-public communications involving this litigation.”
Lenny claims Lisa’s “actions” have “compromised the integrity” of their ongoing bitter divorce battle as he has “no knowledge” of what the Bravolebrity allegedly has “gained” by listening into his car conversations.
Lisa denied Lenny’s “nonsense” claims to Page Six on Friday.
“There is no truth to that. It seems as if they are just trying to distract everyone with their lies,” her rep tells Page Six.
“This court has already sided with Lisa on many of these issues including the lies that are being presented by the woman who broke up their home and family,” her rep adds, referring to Lisa’s claims that Lenny cheated on her with current girlfriend Katharina Mazepa.
The model has denied being the “reason” for Lenny’s divorce.
The “boob god” filed these documents in response to Lisa’s request to delay the hearing that would rule on whether her and 56-year-old Lenny’s prenuptial agreement could be enforced.
A decision was made on Wednesday, March 10, but has yet to be made public.
Lisa, 40, has been fighting to invalidate their prenup, which Page Six previously reported requires her to vacate their Star Island, Fla., estate within 30 days of either of them filing for divorce.
Lenny officially pulled the plug on their 11-year marriage in May.

She’s previously accused Lenny of trying to “financially strangle” her by cutting off their joint credit card, but a judge ruled at the end of April that Lenny must pay her $8,000 per month in temporary support.
He also has to continue to pay for the kids’ school tuition, extracurriculars, camp and medical expenses.
The estranged couple share two children: son Logan, 7, and daughter Elle, 2.
