Lil Uzi Vert’s latest tattoos are anything but lil.
The “XO Tour Llif3” rapper, who changed their pronouns to “they/them” last year, is taking their self-modification to a new level, adding some fresh ink — including a design inside their mouth.
Uzi, 27, left the Ganga tattoo shop on Easter Sunday with a Cross of Saint Peter — an inverted Latin cross — tattooed on their tongue.
NFL star Boomer Mays condemned the cross (which is actually a symbol of humility and the martyr Peter) on Twitter, writing, “The Devil is Hard at Work.”
Former “Survivor” player Anna Khait also tweeted, “Openly serving the devil.. praying for his soul ????????.”
But the cross isn’t Uzi’s only new addition.
Tattoo artist Yatzil Elizalde also inked a large floral design on the musician’s forehead — and fans were similarly unimpressed with that piece.
“what is even going on at this point,” one commented on an Instagram post of the facial ink.

“Bro layer tattoos like cars layer body paint,” a second cracked, while a third wrote, “bro is evolving like a pokemon.”
Another likened Uzi’s forehead design to one Rihanna has under her breasts, calling it a “Straight up under titty tat.”
It’s possible the “Just Wanna Rock” rapper got the tattoo to cover up the scar left by their famous $24 million pink diamond face implant, which they said was “ripped out” during his 2021 performance at the Rolling Loud music festival.
While Uzi has incorporated satanic imagery into their work before and memorably referenced the Heaven’s Gate cult in their album art, they told TMZ they’re not interested in religion and don’t believe in the devil.
