SIGN UP NOWMINNEAPOLIS — Nearly 40 minutes had passed since the Wings lit the Reunion Tower in Dallas to celebrate the team’s most rewarding win of the season Monday night, and the Liberty hadn’t left the visiting locker room yet.
When Jonquel Jones, Sabrina Ionescu and Sandy Brondello finally arrived at the study room-turned-news conference space in the depths of College Park Center, they couldn’t hide their looks of defeat.
The Liberty haven’t been immune to disappointing losses this season. Monday’s was the worst yet.
