There was a gun show and a fashion show at Equinox Hudson Years on Tuesday, we hear.

Sweaty spies says Lenny Kravitz had everyone looking his way at the hip gym as he sported the most unusual workout gear: a Chrome Hearts tracksuit, sunglasses and black biker boots!

And to make sartorial matters stranger still, he seemed to switch into sneakers after the session.

“He was really working out and… strength training,” a source told Page Six.

“He was very friendly, and talked to everyone who said hello to him. He declined photos, but he was very friendly and very nice,” the source added.

After he was finished with his intensive routine, we hear he slipped into some white workout sneakers to chill in the gym’s fancy lounge.

The “Are You Going To Go My Way” singer shared his diet and fitness regime with Men’s Health back in 2020, explaining that his trainer Dodd Romero has been “transforming my body for the last 25 years.”

“I’d rather be outside in the nature than cooped up inside a gym…. Exercise keeps my mind, body and spirit where I can be more creative,” he said.

Sadly, he provided no hints about why he might be wearing motorcycle boots on the leg press machine.

Aside from training, Kravitz said his “vegan and primarily raw” helps keep his sculpted physique.

“I have done extensive raw diets where I eat raw for a year…[I’m] very careful about what I put in my body and how I take care of my body,” he said.

But we’re starting to think it’s the boots behind the 58-year-old rocker’s washboard abs – or at least his tree trunk legs.
