A chic Miami triplex with a private plunge pool owned by the late celeb designer Lorraine Letendre has sold for $3.4 million — more than a million dollars off its original $4.5 million ask, but still a record for the 50-story building, brokers say.

Ten Museum Park, a downtown condo tower at 1040 Biscayne Blvd., was built in 2007. It’s now across the street from Museum Park, a 30-acre stretch including the Pérez Art Museum Miami, and the Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science.

Letendre, who died of cancer last year at age 72, gutted and designed every detail of the condo, including the balcony pool on the 44th floor, with an organic, earthy mix of stone, marble and wood neutrals to create her own live/workspace.

Letendre designed the condo as a live-and-work Shangri-La.

Letendre’s design projects included fashion designer Calvin Klein’s Hamptons home and Hollywood director/producer Michael Bay’s Los Angeles residence.

The 3,986-square-foot triplex comes with 20-foot-high ceilings on the main floor, which is designed as one large room with floor-to-ceiling glass windows showcasing ocean, Biscayne Bay and city skyline views. Details include custom millwork, a white staircase, lime-based plaster walls and ceilings, and sliding-glass impact doors that open to the balcony.

Building amenities include a concierge, a valet, a gym, a wave pool and a steam room with a spa.

The listing brokers were Jill Hertzberg and Jill Eber of Coldwell Banker Realty.

The buyer’s broker was Jordan Amato of One Sotheby’s International Realty.
