Kyle Richards deleted her vague quote about “parting” ways before explaining it had nothing to do with the separation from her estranged husband, Mauricio Umansky.
“This was in regards to having to leave Aspen! ????????♀️ deleted,” the actress commented under Page Six’s Instagram post on Friday.
The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star was referring to an Instagram Story she had posted earlier in the day, which featured a picturesque landscape of mountains and trees.
“Parting is such sweet sorrow,” she captioned the Instagram Story.
Richards, 54, and Umansky, 53, spent the Fourth of July holiday week in Aspen, Colo. together despite news of their separation breaking on Monday.
The Agency founder even shared several sweet snaps from their family getaway on Tuesday, and one of the photos included a picture of just him and his wife.
Umansky was also noticeably still wearing his wedding band, but it was unclear if Richards had hers on.
The estranged couple cleared up divorce speculation shortly after their separation made headlines and clarified that news of them “divorcing are untrue.”
They did, however, admit to having struggled with their marriage over the last year in a joint statement shared late Monday night.
“However, yes, we have had a rough year. The most challenging one of our marriage,” the statement read. “But we both love and respect each other tremendously.”
The parents of four were also adamant that any “salacious” stories about their divorce were false.
“There has been no wrongdoing on anyone’s part. Although we are in the public eye, we ask to be able to work through our issues privately,” they continued.
The duo included that sentiment after fans began to speculate on the nature of Richards’ relationship with country music singer Morgan Wade.

Eagle-eyed fans began to wonder why Richards had been frequently hanging out with the “Wilder Days” songstress – which included a group trip to Mexico, visiting Universal Studios and meeting Wade’s family in Atlanta – over the last few months.
Many fans even theorized that the duo got matching heart tattoos and identical rings.
Neither individual has addressed the rumors, but Wade’s ex-girlfriend Kady Cannon exclusively spilled to Page Six that she had “feelings” about their emerging friendship while she was still dating the musician.
Richards and Umansky have been married since January 1996 and share three daughters: Alexia, 27, Sophia, 23, and Portia, 15.
The “Buying Beverly Hills” star also helped raise Richards’ eldest daughter, Farrah Brittany, 34, whom she shares with her first husband, Guraish Aldjufrie.
