Kroy Biermann has doubled down on his claims that Kim Zolciak is “abusive” toward him in front of their kids.
The former NFL player filed new court documents Thursday in their restarted divorce proceedings requesting a guardian at litem for their four minor children to “begin their investigation” into the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum’s behavior.
Biermann claimed in his filing that while he “attemps to shield the children from the negative fall-out” of their divorce, Zolciak continues to direct “abusive, profane, and threat-laden language” with “little concern if the childen are present.”
The athlete also fears if the Bravolebrity returned to the “Real Housewives” franchise, she’d use the show to “garner attention” by talking about their split and ultimately would expose their children to behavior that’s detrimental to their “mental health.”
Biermann, 38, also claims Zolciak, 45, has spent “little time at home” and mostly leaves him to care for their children.
“However, since filing for divorce and having to fire the nannies, chefs and housekeepers” because of the estranged couple’s severe financial issues, Biermann claims he’s “been picking up all the slack, cleaning the home, picking up after the children, and preparing their meals.”
Biermann previously made a request for a guardian for their kids in June when the former pair first kicked off divorce proceedings.
