Kevin Durant is no stranger to playing alongside other stars, but the Big Three in Brooklyn never materialized into a long postseason run.

Durant is trying again with the Phoenix Suns by having Devin Booker and Bradley Beal as his running mates.

The trio played together for the first time this season on Wednesday night, but the Suns fell at home to the Nets, 116-112, despite being two-point favorites.

The three stars combined for 75 points, led by Booker’s 34, but Phoenix failed to cover the point spread for the sixth time in seven games.

The Suns welcome the New York Knicks to Footprint Center tonight as both teams are trying to bounce back from losses.

The Knicks stubbed their toe in Utah on Wednesday, losing 117-113 to the Jazz as six-point favorites. New York has lost three of its last four games, as the 117 points yielded to Utah was its fewest allowed during this cold stretch.

The Suns defeated the Knicks, 116-113, at Madison Square Garden on Nov. 26 as 6.5-point underdogs.

Both Durant and Beal sat out with injuries but Booker lifted Phoenix with 28 points, while Jalen Brunson led New York with 35 points in the loss.

That victory marked the ninth win in the last 10 meetings for Phoenix, which includes five straight road defeats by the Knicks since 2019.

The first matchup between these teams cashed the over of 219.5 points, but tonight’s total has ballooned to 231.5, which is understandable considering all the stars are in for Phoenix.

New York is riding a six-game over streak, but Phoenix has hit three straight unders on totals listed at 230 or higher.

Let’s take the under in this matchup between the Knicks and Suns in the Valley tonight.

Pick: Under 231.5 total points (Caesars)
