The Jericho Sims trade rumors proved to be true.

The Knicks are trading the center to the Bucks as part of a trade that was consummated earlier on Wednesday between Milwaukee and the Wizards, ESPN’s Shams Charania reported Wednesday night.

The Knicks are sending Jericho Sims and draft rights to Mathias Lessort to Milwaukee for Delon Wright, draft rights to Hugo Besson and cash considerations, The Post’s Stefan Bondy confirmed.

In the deal first reported by ESPN earlier in the day, Milwaukee sent Khris Middleton, AJ Johnson and a pick swap to the Wizards for Kyle Kuzma, Patrick Baldwin Jr. and a second-round pick.

The transaction comes on the eve of the NBA trade deadline and hours after the Warriors acquired Jimmy Butler from the Heat in a multi-team deal.
