In the persevering quest to keep himself fit and healthy, Mitchell Robinson picked up a new hobby that aligns perfectly with his image.

“I started my own farm,” Robinson, the self-declared country boy who loves monster trucks and recently owned 19 dogs, said.

The particulars of Robinson’s farm — other than it’s in Nashville and includes chickens — weren’t something he felt eager to share. As Robinson, who tends to lose patience during interviews, stated Thursday to cut off questions, “Don’t worry about me.”

But the reason Robinson brought up the farm — for its nutritional benefits — was relevant to basketball.
