It was truly a “Horror” to behold.
Fans of the hit FX series slammed Kim Kardashian’s acting ability Wednesday night after the reality star appeared in the premiere of “American Horror Story: Delicate.”
The Ryan Murphy-created show marks Kardashian’s first foray into scripted television — a complete 180 from her hit reality shows “The Kardashians” and “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.”
Several viewers took to X (formerly Twitter) to lambast the star.
“I’m not into Kim at all #AHS,” slammed an X user.
“Kim sucks at acting. Why is she on this? Ruined it for me,” declared a second user.
“I feel like I gave the new season of #AHS a valiant, open-minded watch but… I can’t,” said one savage X user “Kim K is an objectively terrible actress. Ryan Murphy didn’t write a new story or even screenwrite the adaptation.”
Another X user seemed to be confused about the show in general.
“Guys I’m so ducking confused what is the new plot of AHS,” asked the befuddled viewer. “Why is Kim Kardashian here???”
A rep for Kardashian declined to comment.
Other users defended Kardashian from the internet trolls.
“@KimKardashian is doing so good,” gushed one fan.
“I don’t care what people say Kim Kardashian is doing amazing sweetie in AHS,” defended a second person.
“I know it’s only been 1 episode, but @KimKardashian did an amazing job with her part,” preached a fan, “y’all can suck my melons for throwing doubt at her.”
Kardashian, who plays a sassy publicist named Siobhan Corbyn, cemented herself in “Horror Story” history after opening up the show with an unforgettable entrance.
“Then tell the Daniels to suck my clit. She’s not missing a press day for a f–king commercial shoot,” exclaimed Kardashian in the show. “It’s exhausting being better than everyone.”
Joining Kardashian on the show is Cara Delevingne and “AHS” alum Emma Roberts, who was recently accused of making transphobic remarks to a co-star.
News that both Roberts and Kardashian would be appearing in the spooky drama was announced in April when the model posted on her Instagram.
Kardashian’s post, which garnered a whopping 75,000 likes an hour after she posted, teased both names to the tone of an eerie rendition of “Rockabye Baby.”
“Kim is among the biggest and brightest television stars in the world and we are thrilled to welcome her to the ‘AHS’ family,” co-creator Murphy told The Hollywood Reporter. “Emma and I are excited about collaborating with this true force in the culture.”
The newest installment will be based on the novel “Delicate Condition” by Danielle Valentine.
“Halley Feiffer has written a fun, stylish and ultimately terrifying role, especially for Kim, and this season is ambitious and unlike anything we have ever done,” Murphy added.
The reality star previously appeared in the 2008 satirical film “Disaster Movie.” She also landed roles in the 2013 drama “Temptation: Confessions of a Marriage Counselor” and had a cameo in 2018’s star-studded “Ocean’s Eight” movie.
Kardashian also hosted “Saturday Night Live” in 2021.
