Kevin Costner, 68, is to pay his ex-wife Christine Baumgartner, 49, $129,755 per month in child support, according to a tentative ruling set Tuesday that was seen by The Post.
The couple will be required to each pay 50% of their children’s private school tuition, extracurricular activities and unreimbursed health care expenses under the interim ruling made by Judge Thomas Anderle.
However, per TMZ, the child support order is temporary and there will be a full hearing over the next few months, which means that the monetary amount is subject to change.
In early May, the couple filed for divorce citing “irreconcilable differences” — but it has quickly turned ugly, with a battle over their Santa Barbara home and claims of lavish spending.
Last month, Baumgartner requested $248,000 in child support from her estranged hubby — so it looks like she’ll be getting a bit over half of that number.
At the time, she also asked that Costner cover the entire cost of the children’s private school tuition, extracurricular activities and health care, per People.
The couple shares three kids: Cayden Wyatt, 15; Hayes Logan, 14; and Grace Avery, 12.
The “Yellowstone” actor will also be required to pay $200,000 in attorney’s fees and $100,000 in forensic costs before August 1, per the tentative ruling.
The Post reached out to representatives for both Costner and Baumgartner for comment.
Last week, TMZ reported that Costner initially offered $51,940 in child support per month, which the 49-year-old called “completely inappropriate.”
The couple filed for joint custody of their two children in the divorce, with a hearing set for July 12, per Entertainment Tonight.
When the couple first filed for divorce, a representative for Costner told The Post, “It is with great sadness that circumstances beyond his control have transpired which have resulted in Mr. Costner having to participate in a dissolution of marriage action.”
“We ask that his, Christine’s and their children’s privacy be respected as they navigate this difficult time,” the rep added.
The “Waterworld” actor previously married actress Cindy Silva, now 66, in 1978, and they had three children together: Annie, now 39, Lily, 36, and Joe, 35, and divorced in 1994.
He also shares a son, Liam, now 27, with actress Bridget Rooney, 61.
