There’s no better short king than Mark Consuelos. During this morning’s episode of Live with Kelly and Mark, Kelly Ripa made a hilarious dig at her husband’s stature — which has been a hot topic of conversation ever since the duo recently got stuck sitting behind a tall family at a Broadway play.

At the start of the episode, Consuelos revealed he had a “Kelly day” yesterday, which consisted of him filming Live, doing interviews, then heading over to a pre-taping of tonight’s episode of Watch What Happens Live.

“I had fun over there. It’s always fun over there. I weighed in a little bit on the Scandoval scandal,” he said of his interview with Bravo boss Andy Cohen, to which Ripa replied, “I told you not to weigh in. I said, ‘You gotta stop weighing in, you don’t know what you’re saying!’”

Last week, the couple had several conversations about the Vanderpump Rules drama — despite only watching the most recent batch of episodes. Consuelos ultimately found himself in hot water amongst fans for declaring himself “Team Tom Schwartz” and jokingly advising Tom Sandoval on how to cheat properly.

When Ripa pointed out that tonight’s episode of WWHL follows a Real Housewives of New Jersey reunion, Consuelos said he also talked about that — despite knowing “nothing” about the show, other than the fact that he “love[s] everybody.”

The Riverdale star then told his wife that Rebecca Romijn — whom he referred to as “so tall and stunning” — appeared alongside him on WWHL, before Ripa informed him that she was a “model before she became an actress.”

The longtime Live host then shaded her 5’8″ husband when she asked, “Did you sit on a booster seat or anything?” to which he replied, “We are the same height when we’re sitting down. So she’s all legs. Or so they say. I didn’t know this.”
