Though Mark Consuelos already confirmed he and his wife Kelly Ripa will not be talking about their sex lives on Live With Kelly and Mark, the pair shared a laugh over a rather NSFW moment during Tuesday’s (May 9) episode.

Consuelos was discussing his recent trip to Campobasso, Italy, where he visited the soccer team he and Ripa co-own at the Stadio Nuovo Romagnoli. The talkshow host explained that he sustained an injury when he tried to shoot a goal on the field.

“What happened is I am so old — I haven’t kicked a soccer ball in so long. When I kicked it, I felt something pull slash tear. I’m like, ‘Oh, this is not good,’” he explained.

The segment showed clips of Consuelos getting physical therapy in Italy after the injury. He wore underwear while receiving treatment, so his crotch was censored with pixels in each clip.

The segment also showed Consuelos signing autographs and taking pictures with the physical therapist’s family while still in his underwear. “It’s a family affair,” Consuelos announced when more people came in for photos, this time with a dog in tow.

When it ended, Ripa was dabbing a tissue at her eyes. “Are you crying?” Consuelos asked.

“No, I’m laughing because of the pixelation of your crotch,” she replied.

“They didn’t need to pixelate it, but I see how everybody gets in a little uproar,” he said. “So I figured I might play it safe.”

Moments like these are why fans were looking forward to seeing the couple co-host the daytime talk show together. Ripa and Consuelos have been co-hosts on Live since Ryan Seacrest left the show back in April.

Still laughing, Ripa remarked, “I love the fact that the doctor brought his whole family in.”

The longtime couple, who have been married since 1996, became co-owners of the Campobasso 1919 soccer team last November. Consuelos teased that the Live audience will soon be seeing more of the team and his trip to Italy.
