Kelly Clarkson may not have taken anything from the White House, but that doesn’t mean she didn’t leave anything, either.

The Residence stars Uzo Aduba and Randall Park appeared on Thursday’s The Kelly Clarkson Show, where Clarkson took the opportunity to ask the stars of the White House whodunnit series about their own respective visits to the White House.

“Did you enjoy it? Did you take anything? Or leave anything? I did.” she asked.

Clarkson clarified that she “didn’t take anything,” teasing, “Don’t arrest me!”

“But I did leave jade,” she revealed. “I had jade on me and I was like, we need this. You know, I was just like, let’s just help out as much as we can. I left it in a drawer somewhere. But I left it to be kind. “

As for Aduba, she joked that she “can neither confirm nor deny if [she] ever took anything from the White House.”

“But if I were to take something from the White House, it might perhaps be a napkin from the bathroom. It maybe was my name card place card, perhaps also a program that I saw,” she quipped. “But none of those things would ever happen, again, because I can neither confirm nor deny.”

However, Park admitted that he “did take something” during his visit to the White House — or did he?

“I opened a very random drawer, and there was jade in there,” he teased.

Cracking up, Clarkson replied, “You are so funny.”
