Kayla Simmons is “sick of” the constant chatter about her assets.

Simmons, who has been dubbed the “world’s sexiest volleyball player,” answered a series of questions in a wide-ranging Q&A on YouTube, where she dismissed talk of a breast enhancement.

“I got zero silicone. I’m all natural, I’m sick of answering that one, but yeah,” Simmons responded when asked, “How much silicone did you get?”

The Marshall University alum, who boasts nearly one million followers on Instagram, also spoke about yearning for a smaller chest during her adolescent years.

“It’s funny because in middle school I actually wished to have small boobs,” Simmons said.

“I wanted small boobs because it would make everything easier for volleyball, but I didn’t get that wish … But I feel like you can’t jump as high, you can’t run as fast, it hurts to dive, everything is harder.”

Simmons has been a champion of body positivity.

In 2019, Simmons pitched herself to Sports Illustrated Swimsuit by posting a casting video online — where she revealed how her dream was nearly derailed.

“Being a former college athlete & growing up around sports has taught me to push myself to the limit,” she said.

“College athletics was a great experience for me, but it also taught me some valuable lessons. I was told by my school administrators that the pictures I post are inappropriate because of my body, I was even asked to delete my Instagram at one point. I was torn bc I felt I couldn’t embrace my body & play the sport I love. I’ve since learned that you can’t let other people affect how you feel about yourself.”

Marshall University Athletics declined to comment at the time.

Simmons spoke to The Post in July 2019 and said she hopes younger fans “know that it’s okay to just be yourself and feel confident.”

Simmons is based in Los Angeles and is also an OnlyFans model.
