Katie Holmes is proving that if you’ve got it, flaunt it.
The “Dawson’s Creek” star, 44, put her enviable abs on full display while out and about in New York City on Monday.
Holmes, who went makeup-free for the outing, showed off her toned figure and sun-kissed tan in a simple black sports bra, a pair of green Alo Yoga sweatpants and Adidas sneakers.
She accessorized with layered gold necklaces, oval hoop earrings, sunglasses and an oversized black tote bag.
The actress, who appeared a bit downcast, tied her hair back into a ponytail as she braved the NYC heat.
Although Holmes has tried to keep most of her personal life out of the public eye, the mother of one did give a little insight into how she stays in such great shape in 2019.
“I exercise four times a week. Variety is key, or I get bored,” she told Shape. “I like Spinning, boxing, and yoga, and sometimes I’ll take a dance class.”
While she relies on exercise to clear her mind, it has also helped her bond with lookalike daughter Suri Cruise.
“Sometimes I work out with my daughter. It just depends on the day,” she explained. “We have our routines, and occasionally they overlap. But I don’t force her to work out with me because I know that’s lame.”
Like her mom, Suri — whom Holmes shares with ex Tom Cruise — remains mostly under the radar.
In fact, Holmes admitted in April that she has tried to shield the teen from paparazzi in recent years after she grew up in the spotlight thanks to her famous parents.
“What has been really important for me with my daughter, because she was so visible at a young age, is I really like to protect her,” the “Batman Begins” star told Glamour in April.
“She’s an incredible person,” Holmes said of the 17-year-old.

Although the mother-daughter duo are very close, Tom allegedly has “no part” in Suri’s life.
In March, a source told Page Six that the “Top Gun: Maverick” star, 61, has not seen his daughter in years.
Tom, who also shares adopted children Connor and Isabella with ex-wife Nicole Kidman, split from Holmes in 2011 after five years of marriage due to his involvement in Scientology.
While neither of them have remarried, Holmes has since dated Jamie Foxx, Emilio Vitolo Jr., and Bobby Wooten III.
