Living the “good life.”
Kanye West and his “wife,” Bianca Censori, are reportedly paying $20,000 a month for a two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom apartment in West Hollywood.
According to the US Sun, the couple’s extravagant yet “minimalist” digs reportedly include amenities such as a heated pool, rooftop cafe, private cinema, valet, a bar and lounge area and 24-hour concierge service.
An insider told the outlet the couple has been staying at the property for a few months, adding, “It’s a gorgeous apartment and the interior is very Ye. It’s a unique spot which is an architect’s dream.”
But while the pair are living the high life in West Hollywood, Ye’s $57 million Malibu mansion remains empty and continues to rust after he halted construction in November, according to the outlet.
The news of West’s current living situation comes almost two months after he was sued by former Donda Academy teachers for racial discrimination and wrongful termination.

Additionally, Ye lost his billionaire status last year after Adidas terminated its partnership with the musician-turned-fashion designer following his anti-Semitic remarks. Gap, Vogue, and Balenciaga also severed ties with him.
In the wake of the backlash, West, 45, has remained mostly under the radar in recent months.
“Ye is seen out and about, but he’s still fairly low-key at the minute and focusing solely on his empire,” the source told the US Sun. “He’s not interested in posting and causing drama.”
West and Censori, a Yeezy architectural designer, “got married” in a non-legally binding ceremony in January. According to her LinkedIn profile, Censori, 28, has worked for Ye’s fashion brand since 2020.
The US Sun insider added that “things are going well for them in their marriage. They both seem extremely well-suited and happy together.”
The surprise union came two months after he settled his divorce from Kim Kardashian. The exes share four children: North, 9, Saint, 7, Chicago, 5, and Psalm, 4.
In this week’s episode of Hulu’s “The Kardashians,” the Skims founder, 42, recalled spending “hours and hours and hours” as West’s “cleanup crew” after his outbursts on social media and behind the scenes.
“Sometimes I feel like if he were to hit rock bottom, that’s his journey that he needs to figure out on his own,” Kardashian told her mom, Kris Jenner.
“I used to run around and call everyone behind his back and be like, ‘It’s gonna be OK. It’s gonna be OK. Just give him another chance.'”
