This star comes prepared, rain or shine.
Julia Fox looked ready for any kind of weather as she stepped out in a clear plastic dress at the 2023 Cannes Film Festival premiere of “The Idol” last night.
The model and actress, 33, wore a Nicolas Jebran creation that looked like it was made from a rain poncho as she supported the HBO drama, which stars Lily-Rose Depp and The Weeknd.
Her one-shouldered dress, which is part of the designer’s summer 2023 collection, featured a corset-style front with boning and a dramatic train along with a hood-style back.
She sported navy blue lipstick to contrast with her see-through dress, wearing white powder on her face and styling her brunette hair in a straight, slicked-back style.
The “Uncut Gems” star also wore coordinating clear heels with the look and a pair of white gloves.
She kept the poncho theme going at the show’s afterparty, hitting the red carpet in a clear tunic and trousers that resembled a clown suit.
The outfit featured feathered buttons down the front and what appeared to be a matching pair of shorts underneath, and Fox wore a coordinating shower cap with feather trim.
The party marks the third time this week she’s sported a clear ensemble at the glitzy film festival.
On Sunday, she freed the nipple in another clear corset from designer Cameron Hancock that looked like it was cut from a piece of glass.
For more Page Six Style …
The mom of one paired the structural top with a bubble skirt from recent Parsons School of Design alum Liwen Sang, who tells Page Six Style the duvet-like piece was part of her 2023 graduate collection.
Along with her sexy Cannes look, Fox — who told Page Six she’s working on a “Weekend at Bernie’s”-inspired script these days — also rocked yet another clear outfit when she wore a plastic bandeau covered in condoms to visit Los Angeles earlier in May.
We’re sensing a theme here — and eagerly awaiting Fox’s next Cannes creation.
