NextImg:Judge orders Kevin Costner’s estranged wife to vacate home at end of month

Kevin Costner scored a victory in court Wednesday amid his divorce from his estranged wife, Christine Baumgartner.

A judge ordered the handbag designer, 49, to move out of their shared family home by July 31, upholding the terms of their existing prenup, according to TMZ.

Baumgartner’s attorneys, however, argued that she didn’t have enough time or money to find another place to live by the end of the month. They asked the judge to grant an extension until Aug. 15.

Nonetheless, the judge ultimately rejected their request.

In May, Baumgartner filed for divorce after 18 years of marriage, citing “irreconcilable differences.”

At the time, she asked for joint custody of their three kids: Cayden, 16, Hayes, 14, and Grace, 13. She did not ask for spousal support though.

Costner, 68, responded to his estranged wife’s petition the following day, asking for joint custody of the children as well.

Sources told Page Six that the “Yellowstone” star was left “stunned” by Baumgartner’s decision to split.

Following her filing for divorce, Costner claimed that Baumgartner was refusing to move out of their shared home — despite their long-standing prenup detailing that she had 30 days to vacate their home.

The “Bodyguard” actor said that he had already given the former model over $1.2 million for his prenuptial obligations, which he alleged was more than enough to find somewhere else to live.

Costner also reportedly offered to give his ex a $10,000 advance toward her moving costs and $30,000 per month for a rental house “as part of his child support obligations.”

Baumgartner then argued that her estranged husband had “no legal basis” to kick her out.

The mom of three, who claimed that she has not had a job since their eldest son was born in 2007, is seeking $248,000 a month in child support.

The “Hidden Figures” star’s lawyers recently argued that Baumgartner does not need that much money and has been frivolously spending it on other things, including cosmetic procedures, shopping, ATM withdrawals, construction loans, attorneys’ fees and other expenses that have “nothing” to do with her kids.

Costner believes his current payment of $51,940 a month, is a “reasonable” amount for Baumgartner.

A hearing for the validity of Costner and Baumgartner’s prenup is reportedly set for November.
