Just a day after the White House berated Joy Behar for defending Jimmy Kimmel on The View, the comedian admitted on the show that there is “one thing” she can finally agree with President Trump on.

Behar and her co-hosts were discussing the recent news that Trump demanded Attorney General Pam Bondi go after some of biggest political rivals – former FBI director James Comey, Sen. Adam Schiff and New York Attorney General Leticia James – when Behar admitted that she was on Trump’s side regarding this topic.

“I don’t like Comey,” Behar stated. “I agree with Trump on this one.”

Behar explained that she didn’t “like what he did to Hillary [Clinton],” referring to how Comey handled the investigation into Clinton’s use of a personal email server when she was the Secretary of State.

“So therefore he should be prosecuted?” Sara Haines asked Behar with a laugh.

“No, I’m just saying,” Behar denied. “But I rarely have something I agree with Trump on. So this is one thing.”

Sunny Hostin then attempted to come to Comey’s defense, telling Behar, “But Joy, some would say he was doing his job.”

“What? At the last minute, to bring up this baloney email thing?” Behar responded dismissively. “Get out of here. Oh, please.”

Trump issued a public statement to Bondi naming Comey, Schiff and James as people to take “action” against. “We can’t delay any longer, it’s killing our reputation and credibility,” Trump wrote in a TruthSocial post shared Sept. 20. “They impeached me twice, and indicted me (5 times!), OVER NOTHING. JUSTICE MUST BE SERVED, NOW!!!”

The ladies of The View even speculated whether the post was intended to be shared publicly, as Alyssa Farah Griffin noted it sounded like it was “meant to be a direct message” to Bondi.

Griffin noted that she didn’t entirely disagree with Behar but said she doesn’t believe “Trump’s goal is criminal convictions.”

“It’s to intimidate people from being critics of him,” she said.
