President Donald Trump recently accused former President Barack Obama of treason, but it looks like the ladies of The View are siding with Obama in this fight.

Joy Behar accused Trump of feeling “jealous” of Obama.

“The thing about him is he is so jealous of Obama because Obama is everything that he is not,” Behar said during Wednesday’s broadcast. With Sunny Hostin‘s help, she then began to list off several of Obama’s attributes that Trump could be jealous of: “Trim, smart, handsome, happily married, and he can sing Al Green’s song ‘Let’s Stay Together’ better than Al Green.”

She added, “Trump cannot stand it. It’s driving him crazy.”

Trump claimed during a press conference in the Oval Office that his administration had “irrefutable proof” that Obama had committed treason, a crime punishable by death, during his presidency.

Hostin completely agreed with Behar’s point.

“It’s like Obama still lives rent-free in [Trump’s] head. I think Michelle Obama still lives rent-free in his head, I think the very fact that Malia [Obama] graduated from Harvard still lives rent free in his head,” she said.

“It’s just the very swag that Obama has that he will never have,” Hostin continued. “That’s just what this is about. It’s very high school.”

While The View co-hosts agreed Trump had crossed a line with that accusation, Alyssa Farah Griffin claimed she felt it was another one of the Trump administration’s stunts to detract attention from Jeffrey Epstein’s alleged client list.

Trump had even gone so far as to say the so-called “irrefutable proof” uncovered “the biggest scandal in the history of our country.”

“I think its actually about distracting from Jeffrey Epstein. Let’s be clear about what it is about,” Griffin said.
