Joy Behar was not feeling the love from guests Glen Powell and Eli Manning on this morning’s episode of The View.

Powell stopped by the Hot Topics table to promote his new Hulu series, Chad Powers, which was executive produced by Manning. When the two men walked out onstage, they went around the table to greet each co-host with hugs and kisses on the cheek. After approaching Sunny Hostin, Ana Navarro, Alyssa Farah Griffin, and Sara Haines, both Powell and Manning took their seats at the center of the table, blatantly neglecting to visit Behar’s chair.

“If you’re wondering why they didn’t shake my hand or kiss me…” Behar said once everyone settled into their seats. However, Powell quickly chimed in to let the audience know that they already said their hellos backstage.

“Yeah, we did. But they don’t know that,” Behar replied, referring to the live studio audience and the viewers at home. “Make me look like the loser of the table. How dare you!”

That’s when Powell got up out of his chair and walked over to Behar, who demanded that he “make it good,” and gave her a big ol’ hug.

Once everyone had gotten their greeting, Behar carried on with the interview, which was centered around Chad Powers. The comedy series follows the titular character, played by Powell, as he disguises himself as a walk-on football player at a small school after ruining his reputation as the star quarterback at a major college program. The story was developed from an Omaha Productions skit by Manning, who was on-set to give Powell some football pointers.

“I watched Eli’s sketch. He did this crazy thing where he went undercover and he invented this character named Chad Powers to play a walk-on of the Penn State football team,” Powell said. “His improvising was so funny. He created this character out of nothing.”

“When I heard that they wanted to do something with this sketch that went viral, I was like, ‘There’s so much heart in this character already,'” he continued. “I pitched him. I said, ‘What if we Mrs. Doubtfired this thing? What if I actually threw on a mask?’ He became my quarterback coach and I’m really proud of what we made here.”
