Joshua Jackson says his wife, Jodie Turner-Smith, is a big fan of seeing him have sex on the big screen.
And it looks like the British model-actress will get her fill when hubby’s latest project, the erotic thriller series “Fatal Attraction,” debuts April 30 on Paramount+.
The show, based on the 1987 film starring Glenn Close and Michael Douglas, follows an affair that threatens the lives of a cheating man (Jackson) and his wife (Amanda Peet).
“Jodie is not fussed about my sex scenes. [She] kind of enjoys them, actually.” Jackson recently admitted to Variety.
“It’s a weird thing where she’s like a voyeur. So that works! If that’s your thing — excellent,” he said.
Jackson, 44, portrays Dan Gallagher, a married man whose life unravels when he meets Alex (Lizzy Caplan). The two have an affair that nearly destroys him.
Sex is a driving force of the thriller series to propel the narrative forward, Jackson said.
“You have to believe that these people want to f—k each other,” Jackson told the magazine, revealing his biggest bedroom pet peeve on screen is when two characters are having sex and the female actress “pulls the sheet up over her breasts” the morning after.
“I’ve never in my life had great sex with somebody and then have them be like, ‘But I don’t want you to see my nipples in the morning,’” he said.
Turner-Smith, 36, met Jackson in 2018. A year later, the duo tied the knot. Turner-Smith gave birth to a daughter in 2020.
The British model and “Queen & Slim” actress has indulged in public displays of affection for her husband’s on-screen prowess — and his status as a sex symbol — before.
She told Vanity Fair last March she was excited for Jackson to get back in the saddle.
“I can’t wait to see my husband f—king onscreen again. Did you watch ‘The Affair?’ I’m like, ‘Let’s go,’” Turner-Smith told the magazine.
