Josh Ostrovsky, the entrepreneur and comedian who has long been known as @thefatjewish on Instagram — where he courts 9.5 million followers — is listing his mid-century home in Miami Shores for $4.25 million. And he’s seeking quite the profit in the process.

Known in large part for his gravity-defying strip of hair, Ostrovsky is married to Caitlin King with whom he shares a son, Buddy. In 2015, Ostrovsky also famously co-founded White Girl Rose. Four years later, Ostrovsky and his partners sold the company — Swish Beverages — to Anheuser-Busch. The brand (Ostrovsky has called rose “the slutty cousin of wine”) connected with millennials — especially the canned, sparkling versions.

In 2020, like many, Ostrovsky fled New York for Florida during the pandemic, first moving to Hibiscus Island. By 2021, Ostrovsky paid $2.5 million for this Miami Shores home — from a seller who bought it for $625,000 in 2014.

“It’s now worth double what he paid. He’s interested in renting and making money,” said co-listing broker George Burns, of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty.

“[Ostrovsky] also doesn’t want to be a homeowner anymore. It’s a lot of work, with landscaping and all, and he’s coming from New York and not used to it. Maybe he’ll find another deal. But he’s a very transient person and he could land anywhere after this.”

Ostrovsky, who’s now traveling in Europe, could not be reached for comment.

The residence, at 500 NE 96th St., was built in 1950. It features five bedrooms and 4.5 baths.

The architect, Joseph J. DeBrita, designed Miami Beach’s Georgian Hotel, which was demolished in 1974.

The corner lot, two-story home, which sits on half an acre, is known as the Panorama House.

It features a first-floor main bedroom suite with a spa-like bath, a chef’s kitchen with terrazzo floors, a family room, and an additional flex space for a home office or gym. There’s also a separate guest suite.

The outdoor space includes a hexagon-shaped loggia with an outdoor kitchen and a grill area overlooking the pool and landscaped gardens — with room for a tennis or pickleball court.

Burns shares the listing with colleague David Pullman.
