JooSang Yoo made quite the impression at UFC 316; some might say it was a “Notoriously” great showing.

The South Korean fighter shocked the fight world when he landed a check left hook and knockout blow in just 28 seconds over his opponent Jeka Saragih, who went cratering to the canvas in a heap.

Yoo told reporters after the fight that he was looking forward to bringing gold back home, and he even was drawing comparisons to Conor McGregor after training at SBG Ireland — the former double champion’s home.

“How MMA fighters train in Korea and how they train in Europe is very different,” Yoo said after his highlight reel knockout that is getting KO of the year mentions already. “I felt like the difference was to show how to get a good rest. Korean fighters don’t know how to get a good rest.”
