Jodie Turner-Smith filed for divorce from Jackson on Monday after nearly four years of marriage, <a href="https://www.tmz.com/2023/10/02/jodie-turner-smith-files-divorce-joshua-jackson-split-custody-child/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">TMZ reported</a>.

The “Queen &amp; Slim” actress cited irreconcilable differences as the cause of the split and is asking for joint custody of their 3-year-old daughter,&nbsp;Janie.

Turner-Smith, 37, asked for the option of spousal support to be removed and noted she and the “Mighty Ducks” star have a prenuptial agreement.
