A French Riviera estate that served as President John F. Kennedy’s vacation home, and is also where he learned to swim as a child, has hit the market for $35.5 million, The Post has learned.

Known as the Domaine de Beaumont, the Valbonne property is situated on a sprawling 44 acres.

It was a vacation destination for the Kennedy children while their father, Joseph Patrick Kennedy, served as the US Ambassador to the United Kingdom from 1938 to 1940.

The property, built in 1920, was designed by renowned French architect Jacques Couelle.

“This truly is a unique property, just 10km from the vibrant city of Cannes, you step into a period property surrounded by exceptional grounds and views, where peace, privacy and space are king,” Bruno Gruat, who holds the listing with Savills French Riviera, told The Post.

Surrounded by lush greenery and flowers, the estate offers several building and outbuildings.

Features include a grand reception hall with a marble staircase, a formal dining room, a breakfast lounge and an expansive living room.

There’s also a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room and a cinema lounge/game room. Additionally, there is separate accommodation dedicated to staff and a temperature-controlled wine cellar.

On the first floor is a family suite with a marble bathroom and a walk-in closet. There are three additional ensuite bedrooms with dressing rooms. A second kitchen specially designed for breakfast is also on this floor.

The “Atelier,” located in the woods at the entrance of the estate, is a partially furnished Provencal-style house.

The park holds a 65-foot heated marble pool, the pool house, ornamental pools and fountains, an olive grove, a tennis court and flower gardens.

If you’re equine-friendly, there’s one more perk at hand.

“Part of the land, a meadow, is currently dedicated to the reception of horses, but it would also be possible to develop stables and a quarry for riding enthusiasts,” the listing adds.
