Rep. Dan Goldman’s Brooklyn office was vandalized with blood-red wax by a hateful anti-Israel protestor Monday — marking the second time the Jewish lawmaker’s office has been defaced since the Israel-Hamas war erupted in October.

Surveillance pictures obtained by The Post show a masked protestor covering the district office with the sticky substance before scurrying away on foot.

The vandal, dressed in a black hoodie, is also seen toting a sign that appears to read, “the blood of my family on your f—ing hands.”

Two women are also present at the scene, but it remains unclear if they’re in any way connected.

Goldman’s communications director Madison Andrus said that the incident is “deeply troubling.”

“Targeting, harassing, and threatening the young staff of a Jewish elected official at a time of record antisemitic violence is incredibly dangerous, deeply troubling, and counterproductive,” she said.

The NYPD responded to a call for “criminal mischief” at Goldman’s office at about 12:30 p.m. on Monday morning. No arrests have been made and an investigation is ongoing.

Monday’s incident came after Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu put in motion a combined airstrike and evacuation plan on the city of Rafah, the last Hamas stronghold in the Gaza Strip.

A now-deleted Instagram story uploaded by the “NY10 Neighbors” group — who describe themselves as “Multiracial and multi-faith constituents of Congressional District 10 calling for a #CeasefireNow” — called on protestors to gather outside Goldman’s office as a result.

“Some members of NY10 Neighbors will be outside Dan Goldman’s Park Slope office this after 12.30 – 2 to protest the ongoing massacre in Rafah. Join us to register your anger,” it read.

This is the second time the lawmaker’s office has been targeted within just three months. In November, the words “Blood on ur [sic] hands,” “free Palestine,” and “let Gaza live” were scrawled on the sidewalk outside.

The initial incident came after Goldman participated in a “March for Israel” rally which drew nearly 300,000 supporters to the National Mall that same month.

Goldman was also one of only 22 Democrats to join nearly all Republicans in the House in a vote to censure Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-Mich) over her use of the slogan “from the river to the sea, Palestine will be free.”
