It’s deja vu for the Jets and Aaron Rodgers.

And this time, they can only hope the exhilaration lasts more than four plays.

Rodgers and the new-look Jets will open the season for the second straight year on “Monday Night Football,” with a road date against the 49ers on tap for their Sept. 9 opener.

The 49ers represented the NFC in last year’s Super Bowl and provide quite a challenge for the Jets as they prepare for the second launch of the Rodgers era.

Last year’s first trial began in awful fashion when Rodgers tore his Achilles just four offensive plays into their home opener against the Bills, an eventual overtime win.
