Shopping, leftovers, and now… Aaron Rodgers.
The Jets and their new quarterback will be featured in the first-ever Black Friday game when they host the Miami Dolphins at MetLife Stadium on Friday, Nov. 24, at 3 p.m.
A holiday Amazon already owned coming into this year will only get more prominent, as they are the broadcast partner for the Black Friday game.

Amazon is paying $1 billion a year for the “Thursday Night Football” package, with the Black Friday package costing an extra $100 million.
The game will undoubtedly feature plenty of ads to showcase their bigger deals on America’s major shopping holiday.
“You have games on Thanksgiving, and then the Black Friday game is going to be a fantastic thing for Amazon that would probably, you know, sell 18 gazillion dollars worth of merchandise that day for people who are at home logging on,” Al Michaels, who will be on the call for the game, recently said on the “The Michele Tafoya Podcast.”
Amazon was responsible for 17.2 percent of all Black Friday sales in 2021, the most sales of any company.
Black Friday won’t be the only big-time feature for the Jets this season.
Expect the Jets to be at – or close – to the league max six primetime games this upcoming season as one of the Super Bowl favorites with Rodgers at quarterback.
