Jerry O’Connell isn’t backing down.
The actor, who is married to Rebecca Romijn, continues to criticize her ex-husband John Stamos.
Speaking to “TMZ Live” on Friday, the “Pictionary” host, 49, explained why he would never have penned a memoir like Stamos’ recent tome, “If You Would Have Told Me,” which delves into his marriage to Romijn, calling it a “betrayal.”
The “Sliders” star acknowledged that Romijn was definitely “bummed out” when she discovered the negative things the “Full House” alum had written about their marriage.
Earlier this week O’Connell called the stories a “little scary” before archly noting that “people gotta make a living I guess, it just happens.”
He has also shared that he and Romijn didn’t “get any warning” about the contents of the book.
“We found out just like everyone else,” he told “Access Hollywood.”
In his memoir, Stamos, 60, claimed that Romijn treated him badly.
“She implies, sometimes subtly and sometimes openly, that I’m not smart enough for her and her entourage of ass-kissers,” he wrote.
He also accused her of infidelity.
“Betrayal starts as a sinking feeling in your stomach, grows into a suspicion that clouds your every thought, and by the time you find out the truth, it’s uniquely horrible at first but also expected, like you’ve been waiting for something bad to happen,” he wrote.

Furthermore, while he was promoting his book, Stamos told People he “hated” Romijn during their divorce and remembered thinking she was the “devil.”
Plus, while chatting with Howard Stern, he admitted he felt “emasculated” during their marriage because her career was going so well.
The “X-Men” star, 51, hasn’t spoken out about the allegations.
“She doesn’t want to give John any more oxygen or attention and help him sell more books,” a source told Page Six exclusively.
The pair wed in 1998 after meeting backstage at a Victoria’s Secret fashion show in 1994. They finalized their divorce in 2005.
Two years later, Romijn wed O’Connell. The two share 14-year-old twin girls, Charlie and Dolly.
Stamos married model Caitlin McHugh in February 2018 and they welcomed a son named Billy two months later.
A rep for Stamos did not reply for comment.
