Jeff Lewis dubbed Kyle Richards a “lesbian” months after they fell out — and made up — over the same accusation.
During a panel at BravoCon in Las Vegas Friday, Lewis asked Andy Cohen who his favorite “Housewife” was, to which the Bravo executive coyly replied, “That’s an HR issue. It changes every day,” according to a video captured by Page Six.
The “Watch What Happens Live” host explained that the “Housewives” franchise is “so great” because it’s an ensemble show, but Lewis then warned, “Either you say it, or I say it.”
“He told me this backstage. You think that I said Kyle was my favorite,” Cohen said before Lewis jumped in saying, “You absolutely said it was Kyle.”
After Cohen, 55, asked Lewis, 53, when he made that statement, the “Flipping Out” star turned to the crowd and said, “Oh, he’s changed his mind now that she’s become a lesbian.”
The audience broke out into gasps and laughter before Lewis doubled down, saying again, “She was his favorite. Not anymore.”
Following his comment, Cohen took a long pause before quickly changing the subject.
Back in August, Lewis called Richards a “lesbian on Ozempic” after she was seen spending a lot of time with Morgan Wade.
However, Richards, 54, had denied having any romantic ties to Wade, 28, a month prior and told paparazzi that they were just friends.
The “RHOBH” star took a break from responding to Lewis’ texts after he made the flippant comments about her sexuality.
“I’m not not talking to Jeff Lewis, I just don’t feel like responding to Jeff Lewis right now, to be honest with you,” she said on Amazon Live days after his harsh statement. “I’m just tired of it. I’m at my wit’s end with all of the stories about me out there and I just want everyone to be quiet.”
Richards added, “It’s hard enough with people saying things about me and you just expect your friends not to … I kind of felt, like, yesterday with friends like that, who needs enemies?”
However, she confirmed a few days later that all was forgiven when she posted a photo of flowers Lewis had sent her to her Instagram, writing, “Thank you @jljefflewis ????????❤️.”
Lewis, for his part, told Page Six that he was just “poking fun” at the “ridiculous rumors” circling around Richards’ love life.
“I never expected anyone to take this seriously and have apologized publicly and privately. If I could say one thing to Kyle; please text me back,” he said.

Page Six confirmed in July that Richards separated from Mauricio Umansky after 27 years of marriage.
Richards has been supportive of Umansky amid their break up, especially while he was competing on “Dancing With The Stars” this season.
But Richards’ support quickly dwindled last month when Umansky, 53, was spotted holding hands with this dance partner, 34-year-old Emma Slater, while grabbing dinner.
Richards called the photos “very hard to see” and said her feelings were “hurt” during an appearance on “WWHL.”
However, Umansky denied that he and Slater, who were eliminated from the dance competition this week, were more than just friends.
The estranged couple’s marital woes have already been playing out in front of Bravo cameras on this season of “RHOBH.” In fact, they got into a tiff over her newfound love for tattoos in the premiere episode.
Amid their split, Umansky and Richards have been co-parenting their three daughters: Alexia, 27, Sophia, 23, and Portia,15.
Richards also shares a daughter Farrah, 35, with ex-husband Guraish Aldjufrie.
A rep for Richards didn’t immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
