That was fast!
Just 16 days after listing his prized Nomad condo, race car champ Jeff Gordon is already in contract to sell it.
The full-floor unit is at the Whitman, located at 21 E. 26th St., and was asking $12.9 million. The NASCAR winner bought it for $10 million in 2013.
The final sale price isn’t yet known.
The boutique condo building, which overlooks Madison Square Park, has only four units — and comes with some high-powered neighbors.
Jennifer Lopez owns the duplex penthouse.
The Bronx native bought her palatial pad for $20.16 million in 2014 and first listed it for sale in 2017 for $26.95 million. It had gone on and off the market ever since, and was last asking $24.99 million before being pulled off the market in 2021.
Chelsea Clinton lives one floor below with her husband, Marc Mezvinsky, and their three kids.
Gordon’s second-floor, 5,000-square-foot unit features four bedrooms and 5½ baths. The picture-perfect interiors are by Pembrooke & Ives. Cute details include “Star Wars” and “Harry Potter” images made by a graffiti artist in the children’s rooms.
Meanwhile, a third-floor Whitman unit last asking $11.99 million is also in contract. The sellers of that home are financier John Silvetz and Wilda Deon Bray, who also paid $10 million for it in 2013.
The new Georgian-style building dates to 1924. Amenities include a gym, a refrigerated package room and basement storage.
Gordon’s listing brokers are Norhana “Nora” Ariffin and Christopher Kromer of Brown Harris Stevens.
