He’s the number one guy in the group when it comes to getting nose jobs.

Jax Taylor reveals that the reason he’s gotten multiple nose jobs is his own fault — and the extensive list includes sex, swimming, walking into a window and simply “being an idiot.” 

The “Vanderpump Rules” alum (who’s in talks for a potential spin-off) told People that he’s undergone multiple surgeries on his nose, “not because the doctor was terrible but because I’m an idiot and I didn’t listen to my doctor.” 

“I was filming at the time. I did everything that I wasn’t supposed to do,” Taylor, 44, continued.

The former SUR bartender — who’s married to fellow “VPR” alum Brittany Cartwright, 34 — also named sex with his now-wife as one of the reasons behind his plastic surgery procedure.

“We had relations … or whatever, and she head-butted me by accident,” Taylor admitted. Unfortunately, the incident occurred two days after his surgery, leading to his second nose job.

The TV personality’s third rhinoplasty came about because he “walked into a window one time.” 

Taylor also talked about getting veneers and Botox every four or five months on his forehead to keep up his appearance and remain the number one guy in the group.

“We’re in the business of entertainment and again, I want to stay as young as I can for my kid and look decent,” Jax admitted, hinting that he is filming a Bravo show and referring to his appearances post-Scandoval on “WWHL.” “My teeth weren’t the strongest anyway and I had silver fillings and all that.”

Hopefully, there are no more sex accidents in their future (although it would make for good TV).
