Jane Seymour is spilling her secrets.
The 74-year-old actress revealed that the Mediterranean diet has helped her stay a size 4 since her teens, the Daily Mail revealed Wednesday.
“It works so well and it tastes good,” the “Dr. Quinn: Medicine Woman” alum told the outlet, explaining that the diet “includes a lot of delicious food like tomatoes, olives and fish.”
Additionally, Seymour revealed that she only eats one large meal a day — around 1:30 p.m. — so she “can really enjoy it.”
Her lunch consists of “fish and vegetables,” as well as “many greens [grown] in [her] backyard, which [she] loves to use.”
Before that, Seymour only eats “coffee and hard boiled eggs for protein” to start her day.

When the former Bond girl enjoys snacks later on, she eats pistachios, cucumbers, celery and hummus.
“I do love nuts,” she gushed. “I am a savory person, I like the salt.”
However, Seymour doesn’t define her eating habits as a diet, referring to them instead as “good choices” she “stick[s] with.”
She noted, “People ask me if I have a cheat day with my diet and I respond that I am never on a diet. … If you think you are on a diet, you will lose track, you will cheat.
“But if you find healthy foods you really love that make you feel good, you never feel shorted,” Seymour continued.
The Golden Globe winner went on to describe to the outlet how her healthy lifestyle “just feels good, keeps [her] going and gives [her] energy.”
She “keep[s] moving” with weight lifting and Pilates.
Seymour has given insight into her youthful looks over the years, calling her skincare routine the best “anti-aging secret” in a 2021 NewBeauty interview.
At the time, she also credited daily beach walks and vitamins.
The Emmy winner, who repeatedly talks about never having plastic surgery, told Page Six two years later that “there is [no] sell-by date for women unless they choose it.”
