Jackson Mahomes, the younger brother of Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, was arrested and charged with aggravated sexual battery on Wednesday, stemming from an alleged incident at a Kansas City restaurant in February, according to TMZ.

According to court records, Jackson was charged with three counts of aggravated sexual battery, and an additional count of misdemeanor battery.

Jackson — a 22-year-old social media influencer, who garnered popularity on TikTok — is accused of sexually and physically assaulting the owner of the Aspens Restaurant and Lounge in Overland Park, with the 40-year-old woman alleging he tried to forcibly kiss her multiple times.

The incident was caught on surveillance video, the outlet reported, and has been under police investigation since March.

Jackson was booked into the Johnson County Detention Center around 7:45 a.m., and his bond was set at $100,000.

Jackson was first accused of assault by the restaurant owner and a waiter in a report by The Kansas City Star in March.
