Jackson Holliday has arrived.
One of the best prospects in recent baseball history will make his big league debut on Wednesday night against the Red Sox, hitting ninth and playing second base for the Orioles.

If oddsmakers are correct, we’re just a few hours away from Holliday notching his first hit in the majors. FanDuel has him at +300 to record multiple hits.
There’s a decent shot Holliday gets in on the Orioles scoring as well, sitting at +125 to cross the plate and +170 to drive a run in.
The Orioles have been one of the better hitting teams in the American League during the early going, scoring the fourth-most runs in the Junior Circuit so far.
Holliday is a bit of a long shot to go yard in his debut at +680.
After an excellent Spring Training at just 20 years old, Holliday hit the ground running with Triple-A Norfolk in 2024.
In ten games, Holliday slashed .333/.482/.595 with two home runs, five doubles and a stolen base.
The top overall prospect in baseball at both Baseball America and MLB.com, Holliday will add to a young Baltimore team that won 101 games in 2023.
Holliday is currently the second-favorite (+300) to win the AL Rookie of the Year award behind Wyatt Langford (+270), who debuted with the Rangers on Opening Day.
