NextImg:It’s your last chance to try Max for free—Here’s how to get your free trial

While streaming service free trials are not impossible to find, some services rarely ever offer them.

Right now, there’s a rare chance to try out Max, the streaming service from HBO, if you subscribe through Prime Video. You’ll get seven days for free, which may not seem like a lot of time, but you can stream a lot in just one week.

Of course, there’s the new Season 3 of “The White Lotus.” HBO’s dark comedic satire about the ultra-wealthy on vacation moved to Thailand for its third season, which began airing last week and continues weekly on Sundays at 9:00 p.m. ET.

You won’t want to miss “The Pitt” either, especially if you’re a fan of “E.R.” It stars former “E.R.” doc Noah Wyle as Dr. Robby, the senior attending doctor on staff in an overcrowded Pittsburgh emergency room. The fast-paced 15-episode season takes place over the course of one 15-hour shift, with each episode representing just one hour.

Max also has tons of live sports. Unrivaled Basketball, NBA, NHL, and the SheBelieves Cup (women’s soccer) are just some of the leagues you’ll be able to watch over the next week (plus, if you stay subscribed, March Madness games will stream live on Max in mere weeks).

All of this is in addition to a killer backlog of content; HBO classics like “The Sopranos” and “Game of Thrones,” the latest and greatest from A24 including “We Live in Time,” and the entire Harry Potter series are just a handful of the thousands of things available to stream on Max.

Right now, you can get one week of Max for free when you subscribe through Prime Video. After the week is up, you’ll be able to choose between two different plans: with ads for $9.99/month or ad-free for $16.99/month.

You’ll have to be an Amazon Prime member to take advantage, but luckily, Amazon offers a one-month free trial that will let you subscribe to Prime Video Channels like Max.
