It’s another day over at ABC, but The View is still on hiatus. This morning, The View co-hosts continued their vacation as the show takes a break through Friday (April 18). This week, fans can expect re-runs of recent episodes from March and February, so you’ll never miss a day around the Hot Topics table.
When we saw Whoopi Goldberg, Alyssa Farah Griffin, Sara Haines, Ana Navarro and Sunny Hostin last for a live episode, the panel welcomed Scott Galloway on Friday (April 11). The podcaster and commentator shared his unfiltered thoughts about President Donald Trump‘s “stupid” tariff plan, telling the panel, “We finally need to acknowledge, we have someone at the wheel of the global economy that is blackout drunk right now.”
That show also included discussion of Michelle Obama’s marriage and the divorce rumors plaguing her relationship with President Barack Obama — with Navarro defending the former first lady. Notably, co-host Joy Behar was absent on the Friday show after missing a multiple episodes that week while feeling under the weather. We hope she can rest up and feel her best when The View is back with more live shows!
In the meantime, here’s everything we know about The View‘s spring hiatus.
The View is not airing a new, live episode this morning. Fans tuning in were instead treated to a re-run of an episode that originally aired on March 6, during which Mindy Kaling stopped by the Hot Topics table.
Thankfully, The View has not been canceled. The show is taking a brief spring hiatus from April 14 through April 18, after which they will return with new episodes. The re-run schedule this week is as follows, courtesy of ABC:
