The season finale (Season 1, Episode 9: “Look for the Light”) may have aired last Sunday, but HBO recently released an all-access documentary, Making of The Last of Us, that details all the daunting behind-the-scenes efforts that went into making the beloved action drama.

Nope. Unfortunately, the season finale of The Last of Us (Season 1, Episode 9: “Look for the Light”) aired Sunday, March 12 on HBO. As we mentioned above, an all-access documentary about the show, Making of The Last of Us, is available to stream on HBO Max.
The first season of The Last of Us consists of nine episodes.
You bet. HBO renewed their immensely popular action series for a second season back in January.
“I’m humbled, honored, and frankly overwhelmed that so many people have tuned in and connected with our retelling of Joel and Ellie’s journey,” series co-creator Neil Druckmann said in a statement at the time. “The collaboration with Craig Mazin, our incredible cast and crew, and HBO exceeded my already high expectations.”
The Last of Us is available to stream on HBO Max. Available for $9.99 (with ads) or $14.99 (ad-free) per month (or $99.99/$149.99 a year), HBO Max includes all of HBO, along with additional movies, shows, and Max Originals.
