Christmas is just around the corner, so NBC, ABC, and CBS are broadcasting a host of festive holiday specials. Christmas in Rockefeller Center and CMA Country Christmas aired earlier this month on NBC and ABC, respectively, while Nate Bargatze’s Nashville Christmas and Josh Groban & Friends Go Home for the Holidays debut Thursday, December 19 and Friday, December 20 on CBS.

What exactly does that mean for your usual network favorites like Tracker, The Equalizer, and ABC’s new hit High Potential? One word: DOOM.

Okay, okay, that might be a little dramatic, but a slew of beloved network shows are on hiatus for the holidays, including Queen Latifah’s The Equalizer. When does The Equalizer return with new episodes? Here’s everything you need to know.

Nope. An Evening with Dua Lipa airs from 8:30-10:00 p.m. ET, followed by a repeat of NCIS (Season 21, Episode 9).

In November, CBS announced its winter premiere dates for the 2025 season. The Equalizer returns Sunday, February 16 at 10:00 p.m. ET (a new time slot!) with new episodes.
