If you’re looking for an innovative horror film to stream this weekend, A24’s Australian supernatural sensation Talk to Me is for you.

Starring Sophie Wilde, Alexandra Jensen, Miranda Otto, and Joe Bird, the buzzy movie centers on a group of friends who use an embalmed hand to conjure spirits. You know, normal teen stuff! The kids get hooked on the thrill until one of them goes too far, unleashing a slew of terrifying, unpredicatable supernatural forces.

The popular horror flick has been a hit with critics and audiences alike, with John Serba giving the film an enthusiastic “stream it” recommendation on Decider. “Talk To Me is a contradiction of sorts, a forward-thinking throwback horror film that synthesizes its influences into something that feels just new enough to make it notable,” Serba wrote. “In a genre chock-full of disposable dreck, it’s not forgettable – and please take that as a compliment, not faint praise.”
